Shelley Lake Homeowner Association Gate Information Click here to submit a request for special gate access (see policy below) To request a gate remote control or for a gate related question email: gatekeepers@shelleylake.org Homeowners: use remote control or manual access by pressing button with key symbol and entering their assigned six digit code. Guests: Scroll to find homeowner name & 3 digit number on gate controller directory and then entering 3 digit numbers to dial homeowner. Homeowner can remotely open the gate by pressing 9 on their home phone. Note: Guests must call using gate controller NOT their cell phone. Gate Open Times: Normally closed, except for open houses and special events. Policy: For 1 to 3 guests, please have them call you from the gate controller. For more, either a special one-time code can be issued or, for a larger number, one gate may be opened for entrance; exit gates open automatically. Special open times can be requested for garage sales and open houses. Please allow 48 hours for processing special requests. Gate remote control cost: Remote without car visor clip is $30 each Remote visor clip is $4 each If a remote is lost or stolen, immediately notify the gatekeeper to deactivate it to prevent unauthorized use.
